    Not sure if you saw this article on research that shows that, given the choice, the so-called "oil-eating bacteria" in the Gulf prefer gas!*

    Might pose a slight problem for the official NOAA "oil budget" story, seeing as a good part of the oil was supposedly consumed by "oil-eating bacteria".

    It's kind of like accusing your 3-year old for eating all your low-carb vegetable bars when he actually ate the chocolate bars from his halloween bag.

    *and who can blame them? Horatio prefers gas too, especially when he goes to fill up his tank. Refining all that oil in the kitchen got to be so messy...
