This letter to the editor in Houma's paper says Judge S. Duval announced he is leaving the bench. Is this old news? Know anything about this?

This is the closest thing I have read to "official".
I have not read any "Official" statement from the good Judge about his retirement, but have heard that he might make this MRGO case his last. It has been a huge and complex undertaking for a man his age to have so successfully adjudicated (so far).
