"This old Live Oak tree in City Park in New Orleans lays out its wrinkles and age spots -- it's a form of character that seems to invite young kids to climb on. I'm supposing that it is over 100 years old.-- meaning it has seen a lot of the history of New Orleans pass in front of it. Probably most of the leaders in this community climbed on it as children or on one of its neighbors."~Steve Buser, New Orleans Daily Photo.

Bruce, it's an honor to appear on your list and in your 2nd Line. The more voices shouting out for NOLA's spirit, survival, and people the better.

Thank you very much for finding me, your tips, and linking me up with 'bad ass' bloggers. :) The News Ladder now appears on my link list with the NOLA Bloggers too.

Note that the "Epic Housing" article has a direct link through my blog. Late night Mac challenges have been solved with my PC.
