FEMA going forward

Editor cringes at such picayune journalism~HS director Michael "Jack" ChertOff cites a new, streamlined, nimble, 97 page "living document" (his words)~~not to be confused with the more famous and legally superseding living document, the US Constitution.
Editor continues to wonder why the TP forgets to ask any salient questions of its sources, like for example: what control will the Governor of Louisiana have over our National Guard troops not in Iraq?
Or, what roll is played and under whose command are Private Security Contractors, particularly Black Water who deployed into the French Quarters, looking every bit as Armed, Mean & Stupid as they do in Iraq--4 days before then FEMA director, Brownie the Nose, went to Baton Rouge in search of fine dining; 3 days before The Little Dick'tater flew by New Orleans in his Big Jet after first needing to finish a golfing vacation Clubbing His Little White Balls into Little Black Holes; 1 day before DHS director Michael 'Jack' ChertOff was finally located in Atlanta quietly laying down flu epidemic troop deployment & quarantine scenarios with the CDC. How does this new protocol even pass Constitutional muster?
Why coddle these people? They are Not our elected officials. They are Forking Icehole Somnamanabish, NeoCoward
, TransFriedmanesqual, Syllodomite Corksucker Machiavelli-wannabeeeeezzz, who left us to drown like rats in the City That Care Forgot. Remember 8/29. Do we, The People, face down our God'damnNation or do we just assume the position, faced down, of 'those in charge' without continuing to demand answers of 'those who made the calls' on the Crucifixion of New Orleans?
I agree with Noble Bro'Mon Ashley that we should turn our backs, face the sunrise, face the rising tide and secede

So while yer'Arrant Editor does cop to a degree of Bourgeois Nievete when it comes to stepping in and out of it, even Harry would not put so much effort into a fake website to back up such a Schlemeal'n on'da Camino Irreal.
