Flood/Storm Commemorations Today
~Levees.org 5th Observance of the Worst Civil Engineering Disaster in US History Thursday, 6:30 p.m., at Touro Synagogue, 4238 St. Charles Ave. The organization will hold a cocktail party followed by a presentation at 7:30 p.m. on its continuing call for an investigation into the levee failures that flooded the city.
