"The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the U.S. Geological Survey announced in the five-page report that only 52.7 million gallons of oil are left in the Gulf. That is about 31 percent of the 172 million gallons that spewed into the water from the broken BP well."

Are they sure it's not actually 30%?

"NOAA chief Jane Lubchenco acknowledged the numbers could be off by as much as 10 percent."

only 10%? She can't be serious.

These claims are actually laughable given all the uncertainty involved.

They are as full of shit as anyone still supporting Women of the Storm/America's Wetlands "Be The One" campaign. I mean, you'd think King Milling's Whitney Bank holds the mortgage on Harry Shearer's and John Goodman's properties eh?
This is getting ridiculous.
Who gives a fuck about The Big UnEasy or Treme if Whitney Bank holds their mortgages eh? EH????
